South South Empowerment

Empowering South-South Youth with Vocational Skills

In the face of high youth unemployment, poverty, and social challenges in Nigeria’s South-South region, IGE-SRH has facilitated vocational skills acquisition initiatives that equip young marginalized people with practical, hands-on skills.

This program targeted diverse skills such as:

    • Fashion Design

    • Shoe Making

    • Hair Making and Wig Installation

    • Nail Technology

    • Tattoo Design

These vocational skill programs boost youths’ self-reliance, open pathways for sustainable livelihoods, and help address socioeconomic challenges.
