Idorenyin Ezekiel is a young vibrant LBQTI activist. They have over four years of experience working with LGBTQI+ people’s sexual and reproductive health. They come from diverse backgrounds and have held positions such as Care and Support Officer, Gender Focal Person, Peer Navigator, and Counselor Tester. Idorenyin uses their experience to create and implement MEL systems that allow the organization to track progress, measure impact, and learn from its programs in their current position as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer with the Initiative for Gender Equality and Sexual Reproductive Health (IGE-SRH).

They have significantly contributed to IGE-SRH and the larger LBQTI community through their dedication to advancing SRH and gender equity and their technical proficiency in MEL. One of Idorenyin’s key strengths is their ability to design and implement data collection tools that are specific to each program’s needs.

Idorenyin has a thorough understanding of the needs and challenges that LBQTI communities face. Their dedication to promoting SRH and gender equity makes them an invaluable member of the IGE-SRH team and an effective advocate for the rights of LBQTI people.
